At 3 am, that is just a snack. However, the meme is missing the entire gallon of water that you chug down in front of the fridge while it drips down your shirt.

24 Food Memes for Women Who Plan to Have a Fed Girl Summer
What does a summer body look like? Is it lean and toned? Is it the result of several weaks of eating in a calorie deficit, working out, and refusing sweet treats? No, a summer body is simply the one that exists between June and September, regardless of fat or muscle percentage or weight. While it is always a good idea to move more and eat less processed sugar, forcing your body to lose as much fat as possible just because it's "bikini season" is not a great idea for your long-term health. Sure, you can have health and fitness goals, but just because you don't resemble a model whose literal job is to look a certain way, doesn't mean you need to deprive your body of food to meet some unachievable standard.
This summer is all about staying fed. No, that doesn't mean over-indulging until your tummy hurts, but it means not avoiding lunch just because it makes you a little bloated in your bathing suit. Eat that pasta, that icecream, or that bagel with no guilt!
